We got a chance to speak with Kamel Havime, the owner of Floor 4 Life, about his business’ outstanding online reputation.
As an award-winning company, it’s clear that Floor 4 Life is doing something to stand out from the pack. When we asked Kamel what that is, he said, “The one-on-one treatment that we have sets us apart. This is a three-man operation. We’re competitive with our pricing, and we’re straightforward with our customers. Honesty and trust are very important to us!”
The goal for the Floor 4 Life team is to give excellent flooring services to people of all budgets. “[Our mission is to] make flooring affordable for everyone! Everyone has a different budget,” Kamel told us. “We want to serve everyone that comes through our door. We want you to leave as a happy customer! We’re not looking to become the next big box company.”
Building Success Through Excellent Service
Of course, we were particularly interested in finding out what Kamel considers to be the Floor 4 Life secret to success. He told us, “We follow up with the customer from the first time they enter the store until after the job is done. We keep our schedule. This is a small family business. It’s not just about selling a product for us, it’s about making sure it’s done right! We do mention that we’d appreciate a review, but we don’t want to pressure people into leaving one.”
Here’s Kamel’s advice to other businesses that are working on their online reputation:
