What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?

In short, we strive for nothing less than five-star service with every job. From that very first call to the time the job is done, we are focused on providing the very best service. As a rule, we don’t cut corners. We are also always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the client is happy.

We understand that, in the moving industry, companies can either do right by their clients or take advantage of them. In order to ensure that we’re a company that does it right, we fully train our team so that they understand the stresses our clients are facing when undergoing a move, and how to help relieve that stress rather than adding to it.

When you’re moving someone’s most personal belongings, you get to see the whole person, which means that, in this field, you have to be especially attentive and respectful of your clients’ needs.

We also email and text message our clients to remind them to leave a review. During the chaos of a move, it’s easy to forget to leave a review, but if you’re providing great service to your clients, they’re going to want to leave a review. All you have to do is ask!

What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?

What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?

Invest in a good digital marketing company. Young people aren’t going to look for you in the yellow pages, and they aren’t going to scroll through 20 pages of results on Google, either. They are going to search using their phone, look at the top few results and then look at the reviews. If you’re not on top of your reviews, you’re going to lose touch with your message and your brand.
