“It’s all about the safety of the dog. I don’t like to stress a dog out. If the owners couldn’t understand why I couldn’t finish the dog, I’m sorry, but my concern is for the safety of the animal. I’m one that likes to have the dogs in and out as soon as possible. I don’t like for you to drop off first thing in the morning and for them to spend all day. It’s too stressful for the animal.”
