Melissa Carmona, front office coordinator at Methodist Family Health Center, generously gave us a few minutes of her time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Methodist Family Health Center apart from their competition in Texas. Melissa pointed to their staff and said:
“We like to communicate with our patients. We hear them out and get their problems solved then and there. If there is a conflict in the office, we try to help the patient as much as we can to leave the office with a happy smile.”

“Start off with who you have now in the office, and if the physicians are hearing out the patients and taking care of their needs, more than likely, they’ll reach out to family and friends and say, ‘My doctor is amazing; my doctor takes care of me how I want them to take care of me.’ And you can spread the word through the patients.”
