We were excited to learn all about Kara’s Paw-Fect Grooming Salon and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with Kara.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Kara’s Paw-Fect Grooming Salon stand apart from its competitors. Kara told us about the years of experience they have, saying:
“We have five people, and between the five of us, we probably have 75 years of experience. We’re the same people and have worked together since 2004. We understand what we’re doing.”
Kara told us that a part of their business mission is to keep their costs low to be able to accommodate their community. She told us about the importance of community and taking care of their customers. She said:
“We’re a big family here, including employees and customers.”
