We were excited to learn all about Monte Vista Pet Lodge – Boarding, Grooming And Daycare and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Michelle.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Monte Vista Pet Lodge – Boarding, Grooming And Daycare stand apart from its competitors. Michelle told us about their dedication to the pets and people they work with:
“We don’t have any a la carte fees and we don’t add anything on. We are a lot more personalized, whether it is daycare, grooming, or boarding. If we see something going on with the pet, we will communicate with the pet’s parents first before calling a vet over. We want to make sure we are caring for the pets properly. We encourage our staff to be friendly with everyone, even if they’re having a bad day.”
