Not Your Average Real Estate Firm
We were excited to learn all about Levinson Real Estate Team and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Tara Levinson.
Levinson Real Estate Team is made up of 13 agents, plus administrative staff. They have been in business since 2003 and started building their team in 2010. Tara told us that they run their business like a family, not a family business, and said that both of their kids work with the company.
Tara told us about their desire to always continue educating themselves, and said:
“We live by a set of core values. I continually encourage growth and learning. As the market shifts, we shift with it. You can never stop learning and never stop growing.”
Building Success And Giving Back
Levinson Real Estate Team has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Tara how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out. Tara said that they have a presence on Zillow, and that word of mouth and referrals from past clients are big for their business.
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Levinson Real Estate Team has spread the word about who they are and what they do by attending church and by finding ways to give back to the community. Tara shared that they have been involved in finding ways to help with events that benefit children with cancer, because they have a client who recently lost their son. She shared:
“If you want to have a good real estate career, you have to have a good life. We don’t want to have just a one time client; we want to have a relationship for life.”
