We were excited to learn all about how AJ’s Oyster House has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the co-owner, Destiney Cameron.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes AJ’s Oyster House stand apart from their competitors. In Destiney’s words, “We have very fresh food, all of our food is made from scratch with homemade recipes. We have lots of repeat business. The same and consistent staff creates a family feel all around with employees and patrons.”
When asked about the AJ’s Oyster House mission, Destiney said, “We want to provide a welcoming place with great food to keep people coming back.”
Building Success Through Consistency
We couldn’t let Destiney go without finding out what she considers to be the AJ’s Oyster House secret to success. “We try to be consistent with every aspect of the business both with the front and back of the house. We get lots of repeat business and others traveling to the area frequent their reviews. We’ve been open for almost six years.”
