We were excited to learn all about Unity Cafe and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Petia Johnson.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Unity Cafe stand apart from its competitors. Petia said that it’s not just a restaurant; it’s a European style cafe. She said that it’s all about the energy people feel when they enter. She went on to tell us about their overall business mission, saying:
“Our mission is: ‘We love to make coffee for the city that likes to drink it.’ That’s what it says in our window. We just find pleasure in people’s eyes with the enjoyment and taste of Unity.”
