We were excited to learn all about how Jenkin’s Living Center has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the President and CEO, Loren W. Diekman.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Jenkin’s Living Center stand apart from their local competitors. Loren happily pointed to their company culture and the people who make up the Jenkins community. Loren said:
“Our people have a great work ethic. We’ve become one big family. That is the feeling we want people to get here. It is our love, compassion, and friendliness that make us unique.”
He continued by telling us a bit more about the structure of the company:
“We are an independent, non-profit organization. Everything we earn goes straight back into the company. We want to provide high-quality care.”
