We were excited to learn all about Big River Sign Co. and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owners, Mike Barden and Jill Barden.
Jill and Mike started Big River Sign Co. in 2006. Back then, it was just the two of them, and now, they have expanded to include four other employees and a larger facility! They concentrate on commercial work and don’t do much retail.
We wanted to know was what it is that makes Big River Sign Co. stand apart from its competitors. We learned that they always make an effort to keep up with the latest technologies available. Customers can be assured that they are getting the best product available. They said:
“We provide superior customer service and design. We also do our best with being on-time with getting our signs done. We really do pride ourselves on our design. People come in here with a vision. They have businesses, and we are helping them to either start or grow their business. It’s great to see how we are helping them. We try to participate in their excitement by going to grand openings and sending follow-up postcards.”
