What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We built our reputation by being proactive, maintaining listings, and following up with clients. When we get negative responses, we always follow up and see what we can do to fix the situation.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We have an unparalleled, keen focus on customer service. Our goal is to provide a quality product at a fair price. Building and maintaining client relationships is of the utmost importance to us.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Signs may seem simple, but they’re a part of everyone’s life. We proudly help small businesses, just like ours, thrive. Understanding how important image is, we work hard to help small businesses put their best foot forward.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We do a lot of online marketing on social media and the like, particularly to reach our millennial customer base. Advertising through other companies is also part of our strategy, alongside community involvement.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
You have to spend money to get results. Always make sure to keep your listings current and your hours accurate.
