How has Heart-Centered Counseling managed to earn so many glowing reviews and such a wonderful online reputation? We sat down with President, Dr. Carl Nassar, to find out. Here’s what he had to say:
What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Whether patients contact us over the phone or visit us in person, quality client care is always our number one priority. All of our counselors truly care about our patients. And we handle everything, from scheduling to the insurance, allowing our patients to relax and focus on getting the care they need. Every single person within our organization is dialed in and on the same page — we are all focused on providing our clients with quality care.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We accept Medicaid and Medicare, and we can even help our patients get set up on these programs. Most providers don’t accept Medicaid or Medicare because they can be difficult to work with. However, we care about our patients, and we want to find a way to make our services work for them. We also accept insurance from all medical providers.
We see patients of all ages, starting at just three years old, and we work with people with all counseling needs, including those with eating disorders and those who have dealt with sexual abuse. We work hard to ensure that our services are convenient for our clients by making them available seven days a week.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Our mission is to be a life-changer in the behavioral-health space. Colorado has a shortage of providers, and we are here to do everything we can to be there for anyone who needs us.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We work continually to build more awareness within the community by working with other doctors in different practices and getting involved with county systems and local nonprofits. We also try to get into the local schools directly.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Deliver a great product to your clients, and take the time to care. Also, make sure that you have a website that welcomes people when they get there.
