What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We specialize in what we do. Our therapists focus on providing real, honest help with what our clients are experiencing. We start with a plan to help the client find the pain, then move on to the resolution.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
In addition to being highly specialized, we continue training every year for consistent growth and betterment. When it comes down to it, we truly care about our clients’ needs and will do everything we can to meet them.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We help people create and maintain their best life by finding their strengths and gifts that may have been tarnished throughout the course of their lives. We help them stay aligned with the people they really are.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We have been around for 11 years, which has made our name pretty recognizable. We also work online every month and work to build a solid business profile online. Right now, we’re particularly focused on social media.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Stay the course and keep doing good work. Focus on your clients’ needs.
