We were excited to learn all about Minus 250 Degrees Cryotherapy and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner and founder, Brock Roberts.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Minus 250 Degrees Cryotherapy stand apart from its competitors. Brock told us that they are offering a unique service that is able to help athletes or anyone interested in anti-aging and beauty. He shared that their services are able to assist in the natural production of collagen and the diminishing of cellulite, as well as increasing endorphins, burning up to 800 calories quickly, and aiding with autoimmune diseases and other ailments.
Brock told us about the importance of customer service. He said that he believes it is poor customer service when a customer comes in with a complaint or a problem, and all the business does is apologize but doesn’t really do anything to solve the problem or offer reparations. He shared:
