We were excited to learn all about Good Hands Placement and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Gina Benevento.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Good Hands Placement stand apart from its competitors. Gina shared that they start by always establishing a great rapport by holding their clients’ hands as much or as little as they want. She told us about the reassurance they offer their clients by ensuring that their staff is always present and available, meaning that, when you call them, you are going to get ahold of a real person who genuinely wants to help. Because of their established reputation, Good Hands Placement is also incredibly well connected with the various assisted living facilities in the area, so they feel very confident in their ability to place people in the right space. Gina said that they would never recommend a facility that they didn’t feel comfortable putting their own family in.
Gina told us that their overall business mission is to make sure that anybody in need of assisted living is comfortable and happy in their placement, and never feels like they have been cheated or haven’t gotten their money’s worth.
