We got a chance to speak with Cye, the owner of Novus Glass. He gave us a ton of insight into how he and his team keep up their phenomenal online reputation. All it really boils down to for Novus Glass is being great at what they do. He takes immense pride in owning a business that is the best at what they do. Though some glass shops only do windshield repair, Novus Glass is different. They’re here to help their clients with any and all auto glass needs, both repair and replacement. The team at Novus can do everything from basic chip repair to repairs on window regulator switches and motors.
Focusing on word of mouth and fleet work, Cye doesn’t do much by way of marketing for Novus Glass. The work really speaks for itself. He worked at the auto mechanic shop next door to Novus Glass for 10 years, so he’s extremely familiar with the industry.
