We had a chance to speak with the owner of Meeting Point, Jessica Hardy, about her business, online reputation, and dedication to serving her community. This is what she thought we should know:
What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
The key to our online success is providing great acupuncture treatments that get people better — at a better price. Our happy clients want everyone to know about us.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We provide acupuncture at a price people can actually afford. Because of that, people are able to go through enough treatments to actually get better.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Our mission is to make sure everyone can afford to get and stay well with the natural healing modality of acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We often attend wellness fairs within businesses, schools, and other organizations. We also donate our services to charitable events. As we said previously, word of mouth also helps us quite a bit.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Treat people the way you’d expect to be treated and give them more than they would expect service-wise. If you do that, they will be more than happy to let people know about you.
