“I do all of the work myself. From the minute that they call to the minute that I end the job, they’re going with one person. When I tell a customer a time, I don’t give them a window; I actually give them a time. I always text them or call them, and always give them my ETA if I’m running late… I understand that time, for people, is very important. I know that when people call me and tell me they are going to do a service and give me a window, it just ruins the whole day waiting for them, and I don’t appreciate it.”
