What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We almost always ask for a review. That’s a vital step in making sure we get them in the first place. Especially if they seem to be appreciative of our service, we make sure they know exactly where they can go to review us and how.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Not only do we offer tailored and personalized service, but we play well with other companies. That means no matter whether we have to collaborate or compete, we work toward a solution. We are also very active in our community, with staff members participating in the Chamber of Commerce, Women in Technology-CompTIA, and more.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We proudly empower small businesses through the effective use of technology. Our team is truly dedicated to our customers, because we know that your business rides on all of your technology working the way you need it to.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
A lot of our business comes from referrals. We take great pride in doing things the right way and building a customer base off of that. We also believe that the work we do with local organizations helps us to bring people in (although that is certainly not the only reason we do it).
