We were excited to learn all about Norman Nerds and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Karena Crawford.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Norman Nerds stand apart from its competitors. Karena told us that their focus is on customer service. She said:
“We’re a customer service company. We genuinely care about helping our customers. I think that’s what sets us apart from the others.”
She went on to tell us a bit more about the Norman Nerds and the service they provide:
“We are the IT person for the company that can’t afford their own IT department. We love our customers, and we want them to have that IT support, even if they cant afford their own department.”
Building Success And Giving Back
Norman Nerds has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Karena what their secret is behind getting such great reviews. Karena said:
“We don’t ask people to leave reviews; we give great service, and I think people know how much that matters, so they leave us reviews.”

“We do a lot in our community. We work with local nonprofits, support the school systems in our area, sponsor holes at golf tournaments, and love to be involved and give back.”
She continued:

We also contribute through our local Rotary Club by being an active member. We also enjoy serving on various boards and committees throughout our community.”
