We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Jillian Maragoudakis, the Vice President of Seal It Insulation Systems and the daughter of the owner, John Bryer.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Jillian about what makes Seal It Insulation Systems unique compared to the many other insulation companies in Maine. Jillian told us that they specialize in spray foam insulation and said:
“We really pride ourselves on leaving a job site better than when we found it. We really try to make the customer happy. So if there is ever a problem, we do everything to make it right. They can even call us years later, and we’ll come to take a look.”
Jillian went on to add:
“We try to treat our employees like family, and we really care about them and their lives. We’re up to about 21 employees. Some of them have been with us since they were in high school, and they’re now 30!”
