Jessica, the owner of Creative Nail Salon, generously gave us a few minutes of her time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Creative Nail Salon apart from the many other nail salons in Illinois. Jessica pointed to the fact that she’s bi-lingual — she speaks Spanish — and to the fact that she greets every customer by their first name.
Jessica went on to tell us about her many years of experience. She’s been doing nails since she was 19, and some of her original customers still come to her for their nail care needs.
