“I’ve only worked for one plumbing company prior, called Watson’s Pumbing, before I started my own. I take time to talk to my customers and focus on interacting with the customer. I have evolved from when I was an apprentice. The big thing is that I care a lot… I gravitate to what I learned with pricing and structuring and have to come up with ways to take care of people. This aspect has grown and grown and grown…”
