We were excited to learn all about Servpro of Sooland and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Brooke Fritchen.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Servpro of Sooland stand apart from its competitors. Brooke told us that they are able to handle both commercial as well as residential projects, and that no matter what, customer service is always the top priority. She told us about the often confusing and deeply personal reasons they are called in for a job:
“We really care about our customers! We want to make sure that they understand the process. Residential water and fire losses are very personal and can be very overwhelming.”
She continued by telling us a bit about their overall business mission:
“Our mission is to develop a team of quality people who focus on quality service, fairness, and mutual respect.”
Brooke also outlined a bit about how their commercial services work:
“We have an emergency response program for our commercial clients. With that, we’ll help them develop a plan on where to park, where shut off valves are, and what kind of procedures to follow if an event does occur. We want to minimize any damage!”
