We spoke with Heather Sullivan, the manager of Lyons Self Storage, about the business’ outstanding online reputation.
First, we asked Heather how she and the Lyons Self Storage team set themselves apart from other self storage centers in Washington. “Well, the easiest answer is probably that our rates are the best in the area, and we offer great security,” she said. “We take things one tenant at a time, meeting each individual tenant’s needs. We find out where they’re at, we work really hard on not up-selling people. We also work really hard on finding ways to help people save money so that they are not locked in a contract that gets out of control for them.”
Building Success By Focusing on Client Satisfaction
Of course, we also wanted to know the Lyons Self Storage secret to success. According to Heather, it’s all about the customer and treating them well. She said, “[It’s] customer service. We try to make clients as happy as possible and follow what our clients are looking for.”
