Three were to my house and three were to the neighbors’ house. It was a pain trying to get cable and utility companies out to my house at the same time, so that the lines could be dropped before the tree could come down. What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We’ve built a strong reputation by focusing on our number one goal — customer satisfaction. We treat our customers like family and work hard to build a connection and trust with them, so that they know we’ll do the job right. If an issue comes up throughout the process, we make sure to address it and resolve it quickly and completely.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
No matter how long it takes to do the job, we’ll get it done and get it done right. We take the time to really understand what our customer is looking for, so that we can deliver. Our goal is to go above and beyond, so that whenever our customers need high-quality landscaping work, they know who to call.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We love trees! Preserving them whenever possible is important to us, which is why we employ several arborists. We truly enjoy talking to people and gaining an understanding as to what they want from our services and then providing a result they’re happy with.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Community engagement and word of mouth are huge sources of business for us. Being an active part of our community is our favorite form of marketing.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
When your customers are happy, they’ll give you great reviews. It is that simple. We view our client relationships as a close-knit family consistently helping each other.
