Jessica Briggle, Practice Manager of Iowa Veterinary Wellness Center, took a few minutes out of her day to tell us a little more about this one-of-a-kind veterinary clinic and the impressive online reputation they’ve managed to build.
To start our conversation, we asked Jessica what it is that sets Iowa Veterinary Wellness Center apart from their competition in Iowa. Jessica told us that they are a fear-free practice with a focus on client education, which helps their clients make more informed decisions. Their focus is on seeing their clients as individuals rather than numbers, and because they offer acupuncture, chiropractic care, Chinese herbs and essential oils in addition to traditional veterinary care, they are able to offer a larger toolset than most. Jessica shared with us that clients travel from all over the state to see them.
Jessica went on to say that they have a fantastic team who they wouldn’t trade for the world, and their team is the foundation that drives them forward.
We also wanted to know why they do what they do at Iowa Veterinary Wellness Center and how they give back and make the world a better place. Jessica told us about the many ways they give back, including partnering with a local rescue organization, participating in a fundraiser for Furry Friends and doing community outreach at kids’ camps.
Building Success by Selling Relationships Instead of Services
When we asked Jessica about Iowa Veterinary Wellness Center’s secret to such a strong online reputation, she attributed it to the fact that they sell relationships more than they sell services, they see clients as extended family and friends, they’ve created a home-like atmosphere and they always follow the Golden Rule.
