“I like building personal relationships with my clients and my employees. Our clients are more like friends, and we like to find out what they enjoy doing, or to know something that they like. For example, I’ve found out that a client I was working with liked a certain steak restaurant. When they gave us an excellent review, we sent them a gift card for that restaurant as a way to give back to them.”
