To learn how they’ve built such a solid reputation, we sat down with JoAnn Sellers, the Regional Director/General Manager of the Denver Metro Area/Northern Colorado locations, to find out.
What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
It all comes down to our marketing department. We are very active on social media, which our internal team posts on, as well as our marketing partner. Having an internal team of professionals that adds relevant, local content to complement the more promotional posts from our marketing department helps to keep things authentic with our audience.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We help our franchise owners live the dream, and that has helped us build a strong network of experts. We make sure that every franchise owner is their own business owner and will take pride in the service they provide for their customers. We’ve managed to create such a positive environment for our employees that we have had people working with us for more than 10 years who still love their jobs.
Happy franchise owners and happy employees mean great service, and that service helps us earn customer referrals. Every relationship we form, whether it’s with a customer or a franchise owner, leads to new advocates for our brand. The experience we provide speaks for itself!
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We do what we do to help others find success. When we’re able to help our franchise owners succeed, it breeds happiness and job satisfaction, and when you combine that with the replicable, effective processes we have in place, the possibilities are unlimited.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Over the last couple of years, we’ve branched out and started to do more marketing, but at the end of the day, word of mouth is still a core part of our growth strategy. It’s a model that works for us.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Keep up with the times. Don’t stop investigating and researching what’s best for your company. It seems like, every month, there’s something different, and if you don’t keep up, you won’t continue to grow. Become familiar with what works and stick with it.
