What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Our philosophy — and our secret to building a strong online reputation — is to hire really good employees, the type of employees who have good personalities and who are truly interested in helping people get better. We also strive to create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere that makes people actually enjoy coming to therapy.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We understand the value of one-on-one time between the therapist and the patient, and as a result, we never rush our patients. With us, patients are given the face-to-face time they need with our 
therapists.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I got into physical therapy to help people get better so that they can get back to being able to function in their daily lives and to help them attain a higher quality of life.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We focus our marketing to local physicians in our area, and we spend a lot of time getting referrals from doctors’ offices.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
If you can find software that will help you, take advantage of it. Also, make sure that you are treating people the way they should be treated. When you value your clients and take the time to do things the right way, everything should fall into place.
