We are adamant about safety and nurturing our clients’ abilities,” he said. “I’ve been in business for 14 years, so we have a culture of support. For a fighting gym, it’s really hard to pull that off. I don’t look for guys with chips on their shoulders, badass complexes, etc. We actively monitor what’s going on and do not allow trainers whose personalities can become liabilities.”
