When it comes down to it, you’re going to be a business person and a computer repair person, you’ve got to love what you do but you have to love the people even more,” he told us. “We get personal with the customers. I had a lady bring a laptop to me about a year ago that she thought had a broken screen. I told her what I would charge her, but I was able to identify that the problem was actually a power issue and I got it fixed for much cheaper. A lot of the IT community has forgotten it’s about the customer, not just money. I normally do not ask people for reviews at all, people will leave you the good reviews.”
