We were excited to learn all about Fresh Start Carpet Care and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owner, Chris McMahon.

Fresh Start Carpet Care is a family-owned and -operated business, and Chris says that he and his business partner work with a lot of pride in what they do to make sure that their work is remembered and shared. Integrity is an important business principle of theirs, and Chris shared that they are not in the business of dishing out false hope. “The main obvious one is that we are a low-moisture company, so carpets are dried in an hour after we’re done. We don’t use any soap-based products or anything like that. The other one is treating people right as far as communicating with them and talking to them. We just make sure to educate people.
