We don’t make a living out of selling people something they really don’t need, so we try very hard to match every customer with what they need. The square footage of a house can make a big difference as to what kind of unit they need, and an elderly woman living alone in a trailer simply does not need the top of the line, industrial sized unit.”

So, why do Howard and his team do what they do? “We actually do help people. And that is satisfying work. I worked at a bigger company one time that had a guy charge someone $500 when the only thing wrong was the person accidentally tripped a breaker and the A/C turned off. That’s wrong. We would rather help that person fairly now and hope that we can earn their business in the future.”
